Healey Sprite, MG Midget Rear Brake Cylinder GWC1115
Recommendation: 2 Cylinders
- Usually, if one leaks the other won't be far behind.
- They both work together and brake fluid is hygroscopic which means the cylinder rusts internally and acts as a file on the rubber.
- Ideally, brake fluid should be changed every 3 years to avoid moisture build up.
- Bleed the system once and fit two cylinders to save time and money on brake fluid.
- Additionally, avoid spoiling your brake shoes with brake fluid as this will adversely affect your braking ability.
