Despatch of Goods:
Once payment has been received, we aim to despatch goods within one working day depending on the time of purchase, excluding weekends and bank holidays unless otherwise stated.
Our preferred courier is An Post and delivery is made to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We do not post Worldwide and this option will not be available at checkout. When orders are despatched and within the delivery network, we have no influence on delivery time. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging when the courier delivers the order.
We use a weight and size guide devised by An Post to determine the postage charge. At checkout please use the dropdown boxes provided which will automatically show the correct postage option.
Goods will be despatched to the address given by you, the customer, at the time of purchase of goods.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us by e-mail immediately at email@example.com or within 2 working days of receipt of the item so we can come up with a mutual solution. Items should be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging and within 30 days from the date of receipt. Our consent must be obtained prior to any returns being made.
The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs and for returns that are lost in transit. Proof of postage should always be obtained, so if an item goes missing we will use our own discretion in these circumstances. We will always do our best to rectify any problems that may arise.
Parts that have been fitted will not be refunded and where those parts are faulty, we will raise the issue with our suppliers prior to refund. Always return your goods with the associated Invoice / Packing Note to avoid delay of your refund.
We will not be held responsible for parts that have been damaged as a result of poor fitting. We will not be held responsible for any injury caused as a result of poor / ill fitting. A qualified mechanic is always recommended. We will not be held responsible for third party costs for fitting, removing or refitting a part.
Where a kit is purchased, only the full kit in its entirety will be accepted as a return. Single items from a kit will not be accepted or refunded separately.
Parts sold in kits will be specific for vehicles as they left the factory. If a previous or present owner has modified a vehicle in any way, it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure they purchase the correct kit. We, Richmond Classics - Car Parts, have no way of knowing whether a customer's vehicle has been modified.
Should a customer change their mind and wish to return an order, the customer will be responsible for the return postage cost. The original postage cost incurred by Richmond Classics - Car Parts, to send the order, will be deducted prior to refund.
Payment should be made at the point of purchase of goods through the website during the checkout process. Paypal and major credit cards are accepted using the Paypal portal. A Paypal account is not needed to complete the transaction.
While we make every attempt to ensure information and prices on our website are correct, should we make an error with pricing, description or image, we have the right to rectify any error made and are not liable to sell those goods at a detrimental cost to ourselves.

Unless otherwise stated, all images on our website have been taken by us to advertise our products and are subject to copyright laws. The images belong to Richmond Classics - Car Parts and should not be copied and used elsewhere.
The 'Richmond Classics - Car Parts' logo is solely for use by us and should not be used elsewhere without our express permission.
